Wineglass Riesling Marathon Challenge

As part of the Wineglass Race Series, we've joined three of our great races into one Challenge. Run the 8K | 5K | 26.2 to complete the Wineglass Riesling Marathon Challenge.

The Riesling, named after the Finger Lakes' most popular wine, is sure to become a running favorite.  The Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K  held May 23, 2026 kicks off the challenge.  Wineglass Weekend (October 2 - October 4, 2026) wraps up the challenge with first the Williams Toyota 5K on Saturday morning and then the Guthrie Wineglass Marathon on Sunday. The Williams Toyota 5K is a great warmup for the weekend. The flat course serves for a fast run or as a great shake-out for Sunday's marathon. The Guthrie Wineglass Marathon is a scenic point-to-point course that weaves its way through the countryside from Bath to Corning, NY for a spectacular finish down Market St. Challenge yourself to 55.2 kilometers and receives a special commemorative award upon completion of the challenge.

In order to be in the Challenge, you must register for the Challenge category at the time of registration. If registering for races individually, you will not be automatically registered for the Challenge.
