I-90E to Exit 46 (at Rochester) to I-390S to I-86E (NY-17E) to Exit 46. Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Ohio, Erie, Jamestown, Olean, and other points West:
Take I-86E (NY-17E) to Exit 46. Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Harrisburg, PA, Williamsport, and other points South:
Take US-15N to I-86E (NY-17E) to Exit 46. Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Greater Washington, D.C. area:
Take 270N to US-15N to I-86E (NY-17E) to Exit 46. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Cooperstown:
Take NY-28S to I-88W to Binghamton to I-86W (NY-17W) to exit 46. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Binghamton and other points Southeast:
Take I-86W (NY-17W) to Exit 46. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Springfield, MA, Albany, Oneonta, and other points East:
Take I-88W to I-86W (NY-17W) to Exit 46. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Utica and other points East (scenic route):
Take I-90W to I-81S to NY-13S to I-86W (NY-17W) to Exit 46. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Greater Long Island area and New York City:
Take the George Washington Bridge from I-80W to I-380W to I-81N to I-86W (NY-17W) to Exit 46. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.

From the Tapan Zee Bridge, take I-287W (I-87N) At exit 16 (Harriman), turn right onto NY-17W (I-86W). Stay on NY-17W (I-86W) to Exit 46. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
Oswego, Syracuse, Auburn, and other points Northeast (scenic route):
Take I-90W to Exit 42. Take NY-14S to Watkins Glen. Take NY-414S to Corning. Follow signs to Downtown Corning.
