The annual Wineglass Health & Fitness Expo will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 (11:00 - 7:00 pm) and Saturday, October 3, 2026 (9:00 am - 7:00 pm) at the Corning Museum of Glass (CMOG).

2026 Special Guest - Alexi Pappas
Alexi Pappas is an Olympian, award winning filmmaker, and author. She has been profiled and published in several publications including the New York Times, Sports Illustrated, Runner's World Magazine, Rolling Stone, and others. Alexi is known for her spirited presence and passion for mental health and advocacy. Alexi was our guest speaker in 2024, and we are thrilled to have her joining us again in October.
