3 WINEGLASSMARATHON.COM Welcome to the 45th Anniversary of the Wineglass Marathon! This year marks a special milestone for our event, and we’re honored to celebrate it with you. Whether this is your first Wineglass Weekend or you’ve joined us many times before, thank you for being part of our story. For 45 years, runners like you have been at the heart of everything we do. Over the past four and a half decades, we have welcomed generations of runners to our start lines, celebrated countless personal achievements, and witnessed unforgettable finish-line moments. Reaching our 45th anniversary is a testament to the strength of this community, and we are grateful to every runner, volunteer, sponsor, partner, and supporter who has helped make it possible. As part of this year’s celebration, we continue our tradition of offering race weekend keepsakes that are uniquely Wineglass. While some things change over time, our commitment remains the same: delivering an exceptional race experience from start to finish. This year, we also thank our longtime partner, Pleasant Valley Winery, for their many years of support. As we honor their contributions, we are excited to welcome Lakewood Vineyards to the Wineglass family and share their Bubbly Candeo wine splits with you. Alongside Lakewood Vineyards, Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery is sponsoring this year’s commemorative wine glasses. Be sure to visit them at the Expo and enjoy a tasting during race weekend. As we celebrate 45 years, we are reminded that every mile tells a story. Some runners come chasing a personal best, others a Boston qualifier, and many simply to prove to themselves they can. Whatever brought you here, we are honored to be part of your journey. Thank you for choosing Wineglass and for helping us celebrate this milestone year. We couldn’t have reached 45 years without runners like you. May the miles be kind to you, and may your Wineglass Weekend be everything you hope for and more. Sheila W.
